All products are shipped UPS ground
All shipping charges are weight based within the United States. You can also find out the exact shipping charges by completing the checkout process on our website.
RETURN POLICY:
By 99% of our products are of personal use, we DO NOT accept returns nor issue refunds UNLESS a customer received a wrong item. In this event, you may only return an unopened and UNUSED product with complete packaging. We do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances. You can send the item back by any method that you like, as shipping charge are nonrefundable, but we are not responsible for returns that are not sent by a trackable method. Please make sure you include our order number, your name, etc. We will issue you a credit after the return has been received.
